Time to De-stress!

Ever feel so stressed you feel you’re on autopilot mode, don’t have time groceries or spending time with your loved ones, feel too tired to groom and look fresh and tidy, sleep in those 10-15 minutes extra and running late, or never put down your electronics because you feel you need to be productive? This is because you’re experiencing Burn Out. It’s important we recognize when we are experiencing too much stress in order to prevent ourselves from reaching burnout. Some ways to cool down a burnout are:


  1. Go outside for a walk to disconnect and enjoy solitude
  2. Socialize and spend time with loved ones 
  3. Get your Vitamin D to boost mood
  4. Treat yourself!
  5. REST and recover your sleep schedule
