This is a surreal time in our world of social distancing and wearing masks. It is also an opportunity for strong inner reflection and connection to our loved ones, communities and our world as a whole.
We are all connected. We can throw a virtual kiss, send a virtual hug and send energy of affection, love and compassion to others. We can express love with our eyes, wave when we pass someone along the way, and use our voice for messages of peace. We are all in this together!”
