Rozana Vasserman is an accomplished and driven Financial Officer with over twenty years of experience spanning management, finances, advertising, and marketing. A proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management, Rozana combines her analytical expertise with a passion for solving complex problems. As Financial Officer, she excels at navigating the intricacies of financial operations while fostering innovation and growth within the company. Outside of her professional role, Rozana enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and their K9 companion, exploring the beauty of South Florida, and embracing the delightful adventure of raising pre-teen girls.

With an impressive 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ariana is our dedicated Billing and Collections Specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge in claims management, billing, ACHA regulations, and claims auditing. Over her extensive career, she has successfully built a Claims Department from the ground up, implementing comprehensive policies and procedures that foster a smooth and efficient workflow.
Ariana’s passion for her role shines through in her commitment to helping clients, the community, navigate billing issues and coordinate benefits effectively. She takes great pride in ensuring that our processes are not only efficient but also centered around patient needs.
Outside of her professional life, Ariana enjoys cooking and event planning—activities that allow her to honor her mother’s legacy while creating joyful moments for family and friends. We’re grateful to have her expertise and compassion on our team!
