As a psychodynamic and solution-focused licensed psychotherapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and mental health issues. My sessions move along quickly.  My counseling style is warm, clear and supportive and I give feedback.

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of counseling styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.  When necessary for creating specific results with clients quickly--I use my expertise of over twenty-three years of psychotherapeutic training combined with a "coaching methodology".  The results have proven to be phenomenal.
